Croft Court is a well-established residential park home estate with capacity to accommodate 42 serviced mobile home pitches. Of these 42 pitches, 36 pitches are currently occupied, comprising 23 twin units and 13 single units. Two of the occupied pitches are fleet units let under Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements. There are five pitches presently vacant and one additional plot which is undeveloped. The property benefits from a Site Licence authorising the placement of up to 50 permanent residential caravans. In addition, 22 of the pitches have former outside WCs of brick construction which are now used for storage. There is also an electrical switchgear room on the northern boundary of the property. The property is accessed off the A49 via a recently resurfaced tarmacadam roadway. The roadway serves the pitches via a one-way loop system around the park. Parking for the individual park homes is generally to the side of the pitch. The site of the property is irregular in shape and is bounded by vegetation and fencing. The ground is gently sloping.
