Descripción
The site is located on the southern outskirts of the village of Conon Bridge in Ross-shire (Scottish Highlands). It sits on the A862, approximately 1 mile away from the A835 trunk road, which links with the A9 Trunk Road at Tore, about 5 miles southeast of the site. The site is adjacent to a new housing development known as Conon Woods by Tulloch Homes, providing 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses. Surrounding properties include scattered residential dwellings and a commercial vehicle garage. Conon Bridge has a population of about 1,640 and is close to Maryburgh and Dingwall. It is approximately 13 miles northwest of Inverness and has good transport links, including a railway station on the Far North Railway Line and regular bus connections.
