German & Italian furniture, fully fitted kitchen and many other amenities enhance productivity and creativity. The building retains its stunning original ceiling (fully restored) and the original cast iron, spiral staircase as a feature of the ground floor space. Natural light streams in throughout the building. The building is furnished and equipped to enable people to work productively and efficiently. Security is paramount - both physical and online. Entry to The Racquets Court is app controlled and monitored. Uniquely, The Racquets Court boasts a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, including oven, hob, microwave, utensils and tap delivering constant chilled and boiling water. The Racquets Court is self-contained. It has its 'own front door' and a large landscaped outside space - transformed in the summer to offer a relaxing break / sun drenched meeting space. The Racquets Court is ethically managed and resourced. Coffee and fruit are freely available; snacks are ethically sourced from UK producers. Cycle racks, freely available; luxury showers, furnished with Arran Aromatics toiletries. Space available with highly flexible arrangements.
